Finding Joy in New Experiences

Firstly, I hope you all had the most incredible time celebrating National Joy Day! Thank you for all the love and support you showered me with. I am deeply grateful to have such amazing friends and listeners. I hope you're as excited as I am to embark on the next 365 days together! In this week's episode, I start with a recap of my National Joy Day antics, sharing my personal takeaways and some calls to action. Then, I dive into the theme of finding joy in new experiences. This past weekend, I had the opportunity to attend Auburn Rodeo. It was an incredible adventure where I made unforgettable memories. This trip was a bit out of my comfort zone, but I took a leap of faith, embraced the spontaneity, and savored every moment. This weekend has been my favorite of the fall semester so far! I'm so grateful I embraced this new experience, and I hope you can find joy in exploring new opportunities too. Here's to saying yes to new experiences and finding joy every step of the way!
