Finding Self-Forgiveness For The Mistakes You Have Made In Your Life

from Go Regulate Yourself · host Brianne Roberge

Making mistakes is part of the human experience, and our natural instinct is to judge them. Both for ourselves- and for others. But have you ever stopped to think about the impact of a mistake on the person making it? In this episode, we discuss a unique perspective of how the act of making a mistake can have a catastrophic impact on everyone involved- not just the person or people who were 'wronged'. We will explore this topic with a specific analogy that helps you to see all 'sides' to any situation that has occurred (or will occur in the future). If you've made any mistake in your own life (we all have) and are having trouble moving past it or finding forgiveness for yourself- then it is within this episode that I hope you'll find a little self-compassion and love for yourself moving forward. And if you've been on the 'wrong' side of a hurtful situation, my hope is that you can connect more deeply to your own spirituality by listening to my words, and be able to find a sense of neutrality with that situation as you heal yourself and move forward. In this episode, I discuss:How the act of 'judging' is a natural human instinct that serves a purpose- and the ways in which we can use this to our advantage to heal quicker + easierWhy making a mistake can be thought of as a 'bus crash', and all the different factors we need to consider in regards to the impact it can have on someone's lifeHow to forgive yourself, release your shame, and move past the mistakes that you have made in your life (no matter how big or small) Let's dive in, shall we?   Connect on Instagram:Your Coach BrianneGo Regulate Yourself  Connect on Facebook:Your Coach BrianneGo Regulate Yourself
