Today's episode is a little different because we're recording it fresh off an incredible adventure. We just completed the Camino Portuguese, walking nearly 300 kilometres from Porto, Portugal, along the beautiful Atlantic coast, through small villages and into Santiago, Spain.If you're not familiar with the Camino, it's an ancient pilgrimage that's been walked for over a thousand years. People come from all over the world for many different reasons. Some are seeking adventure, some healing, some answers, and some simply want to see what they're capable of.This was my second Camino. The first time, I walked it alone, and it was one of the most life-changing experiences of my life. This time, I invited someone very special to join me—my newly retired sister-in-law and now fellow pilgrim, Lucy.Together we navigated blisters, steep climbs, long days, laughter, unexpected challenges, and unforgettable conversations. Along the way we met incredible people from around the world, discovered strengths we didn't know we had, and found new perspectives on resilience, wellness, and what really matters.Today we're sharing the highs, the hard moments, the lessons, and why sometimes taking one step at a time can change your life.Lucy, welcome to Your Wellness.
