Dr. Myles Spar is Vault National Medical Director. Dr. Spar is also the founder of his own digital health platform designed to help men reach their optimal health goals, and he has presented internationally and through mediums such as TEDx, Dr. Oz, The Doctors, Men’s Journal, and the L.A. Times. Board-certified in internal medicine with a degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, he has edited the textbook Integrative Men’s Health and is author of the book Optimal Men’s Health, both published by Oxford University Health. From 2017 - 2018, Dr. Spar served as an Integrative Medicine Consultant to the National Basketball Association and its Players Association—educating players, coaches, and trainers on best practices for resilience and preventive measures. He also started one of the country’s most comprehensive Integrative Medicine programs at a free clinic and as a volunteer with Doctors without Borders. Dr. Spar served on the clinical faculty at UCLA and is clinical assistant professor at the University of Arizona school of medicine.He has completed a fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona, where he worked under Dr. Andrew Weill.
