Finding your feet in a new team

Switching teams can be one of the biggest decisions an agent can make. Matthew shares what it's been like joining a new team, and transitioning to working alongside agents who might formerly have been described as his rivals.  The duo also discuss the state of Melbourne's market, and how pandemic lockdowns continue to make a mark on the city's real estate transactions, particularly in the prestige segment.
