Finding your niche and understanding analytics

Over the past year analytics and technology has become even more crucial to businesses, HR included. Being able to report to your client on their business HR wise, as well as your own is now an integral part of any business. Having the knowledge and skills to be able to embrace the software and automations available can only be a good thing as it spares up that essential time to do other things.In episode 19 of our podcast we are joined by Lorraine Hunt of the HR Digital Academy.
