Finding Your Power In The Pre-Menstrual Phase

In this final episode of season 1, I am giving you a massive invitation to see what is and isn't working for you because this, the pre-menstrual phase, is the phase when our whole life comes under the microscope for review. It's your body's way of inviting you to look really closely and to not ignore what's going on underneath the surface of the day to day. 

The pre-menstrual phase is known as the Inner Autumn, the final stage of the cycle that ranges from ovulation to your bleed. It's commonly a very challenging time for cyclic people, when PMS can rear its head. However it brings with it the potential for massive transformation. There is a whole spectrum of things in your life and cycle so far  that is calling you into a spiritual death and re-birth, if you can hear the call.
