When we are juggling the different stressors associated with our careers we can feel powerless, when in reality we have more power than we think. Dr. Danielle Hairston is the founder of Black Trivia Night and is the co-host of a new podcast, The Next 72 Hours. She is also just an all-around powerhouse and I am honored to call her a colleague!
