I’ve never made a pizza in my life—until now. No clue what I’m doing, no pizza pan, and definitely no professional skills… but that didn’t stop me. With some fresh Italian ingredients, a massive industrial pizza oven (yes, I went all in), and a lot of improvisation, I took my first shot at making real pizza from scratch.
