Listening, however, has become a lost art. It requires skill, and practice, and patience. In this Five for Friday episode Helen & Jerry share some basic tips on how to practice the art of listening.

Every person has a story, and it's up to us, as hospice professionals, to draw out that story to help each of them find meaning and purpose in their lives.
