Once you gain clarity around your business finances, the rest just falls into place.  In today’s podcast, we will go over how to determine your service value based on your goals and your idea of financial freedom. No one taught me how to be financially responsible in my business, it was up to me to scale my business successfully. Asking myself these important questions such as how do I want to scale, and how do I see growth was the start of mending my financial outlook.  My accountant was the person I turned to and supported me in handling budgets, taxes, and expenses.
