Od takrat je organizirala odprave v Gambijo, Gano, Indijo, Palestino, Tanzanijo in Peru. Pogovor se dotakne tega, kaj fizioterapija sploh pomeni, ko delaš brez opreme, brez infrastrukture in brez varnostne mreže sistema. Ko je prvič prispela v bolnišnico v Gambiji, je ugotovila, da tam nimajo praktično ničesar le roke in nekaj fitness naprav. Namesto termopakov vroče brisače. Pacienti so si morali terapijo plačevati sami, pa so prihajali vseeno.Posebnost njenega dela je mobilni pristop fizioterapija na domu, prilagojena ljudem in njihovemu okolju. Prav ta bližina omogoča trajnejše učinke. Odprave niso namenjene samo pomoči, temveč tudi izobraževanju – pripravljajo priročnike, kot je Afrika – My Health, s katerim mlade učijo o zdravju, preventivi in pravici do pomoči.
