Kris & John Fernandez of Salty Turtle Float Center are the owners of a Floatation therapy center in Lancaster, PA. Floatation therapy is said to induce deep relaxation that reduces stress levels and improves sleep similar to the effects nature has on the physical, mental and spiritual body. The Salty Turtle's floatation therapy environment is designed to reduce external stimulation such as sound, touch, and light. Their other services are similar, but as one would walk through a forest listening to the crackles of leaves under foot and the chirping of birds, this brisk walk rids us mentally of electronic devices and havoc. Their facility offers this same time of respite allowing one to focus on breath work, meditation, grounding or simple relaxation.
