Flock camera debate heats up; New school year begins

Law enforcement says Flock cameras are invaluable in solving crimes, but a lot of people see them as a government intrusion into privacy. Fernando Alfonso III, Texas editor for the New York Times, talks through his reporting on Flock cameras in North Texas. Plus, students across North Texas are heading back to class this week — but this school year begins with some significant changes and those issues can look very different from one district to another.
