I earned a degree in nursing and a law degree…but none of these helped with the fear and anxiety I felt. Many people think that achieving material or academic success means inner peace. That is not true. The fear I experienced was almost paralyzing; I often did not want the mornings to come.After following a spiritual path of living, I found more peace within all areas of my life and found freedom from fear and anxiety.
