Natasha Kerr: The Honest Street Encounter That Changed a Single Mom's Life
I’m like an onion—many layers—but this season my journey through education best defines me. God uses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise.Born in 1973 to a Sierra Leonean father and Grenadian mother, I grew up in a single-parent home in West London. My early childhood was full of vivid memories—nursery days, simple joys, and a natural love for learning and play.I moved schools a few times, and from early on I showed both resilience and independence. I loved sports, struggled with undiagnosed dyslexia, and often felt misunderstood in the classroom. My strengths were never fully recognised, and I faced challenges that shaped both my confidence and my character.Despite setbacks—including academic struggles, school transitions, and personal misunderstandings—I kept going. I eventually discovered my learning difference at 26, which changed everything. My life shifted when I encountered faith and gave my life to Christ. From there, I returned to education as a mature student, raised two children as a single mother, and overcame significant personal and academic challenges.I went on to achieve qualifications including GCSEs, a foundation degree, and a BA (Hons) in Early Years Teaching. Today, I work as a Learning Mentor, run my own company, Be One Hope, and am developing a mentoring framework to support young people in finding purpose and direction. For me, HOPE used to mean Hell On Planet Earth—but now, through God, it means Heaven On Planet Earth. My framework is built around:H – HappinessO – OpportunitiesP – Purpose & PositioningE – Emotional LiteracyWEBSITE: https://beonehope.org/

Michael Cooper: The True Healing Power of Listening as a Corporate Chaplain
I am the adopted son of George and Mary Cooper, who was fortunate to be raised in a stable and loving home during my formative years of life. My parents also adopted my middle sister, Michelle, as in infant when I was about three years old. Since my mother was told that she would never have children of her own my parents thought their family was complete. A little over a year later my youngest sister, Tina, was born. Our father was a man who demonstrated and sought to instill a strong work ethic in each of our lives.During my high school years, it became clear to me that God had something for my life that was different than what I had planned. It was through the guidance and encouragement of my pastor and other trusted leaders that I surrendered to a call to ministry and following high school began my studies at a Baptist University in my home state. It was during my senior year of high school that I began dating the woman who has been my wife for the past 38 years. Debbie and I are blessed with two daughters. The oldest, Savannah, is married and living with her husband in Hagerstown. Our youngest Olivia, is at home with us while she is working a part-time job and attending the University of Maryland’s global campus. While I have been fortunate to serve in ministry for the past 38 years, I rediscovered chaplaincy and served as a chaplain intern at Frederick Health as I was enrolled in their CPE program. In 2021 I became a board-certified chaplain through CPSP and over the last few years have been prayerfully seeking the opportunity to expand the ministry that God has given me through chaplaincy. Some of the struggles and challenges that our family has faced over the past few decades has prepared me for the joys and difficulties of walking with people through their own lives. It is my hope that I can continue to engage and journey with others as they seek to discover their path in life.

Douglas Schofield: Why We Must Ask the Right Questions About Human Suffering
I was brought up in a Christian home, the youngest of four children until I was 14 when my parents had another child. She was born with multiple medical issues and spent the first 17 months of her life in hospital. Physically weak, unable to speak or walk, she had a delightful personality. She died at 4 when my parents took their first weekend away after she came home. God spared them being present for that trauma.I came to faith early in my pre-teens. My church was small but loving and committed to its youth. Our leaders, especially pastors, were biblically educated and committed to teaching the Scriptures, rather than their own opinions. Several of them were important mentors to me in my teens, twenties, and thirties. My parents’ generation made room for us in the church. The put up with our noise, our music, our overconfidence because they cared about our spiritual growth.Even with these advantages my faith was challenged by the Creation and Evolution debate, to the point that I refused to read the Old Testament for much of my teen years. Fortunately, I had a strong experience of Christ’s love and forgiveness, as well as a dynamic peer group in the Church.Only when I began to teach and found myself teaching Evolution in an Ancient History course, was I forced to confront the issue. Research lead to the development of a teaching unit on ‘Comparative Origins’ that I taught in a public school for the next 20 years. That also sparked my interest in apologetics. I remained active in leadership in the church, married a Christian girl between degrees at university, enjoy largely Christian friends and neighbours, traveled, built a house and began a family. Plus, I loved my career - teaching high school history students in a small school in rural Nova Scotia, Canada. After a 33-year career in education, I was able to focus more time on the historical evidence for Christianity and have written several books on the subject; ‘Examining Jesus: Lessons on the Historical Evidence for Jesus’, ‘Faith Building Evidence’ and ‘Frustrated with Faith’. Recently I have been writing short eBooks and creating related digital products, like tools for Christian parents to enhance family devotions and how to apply apologetics to teens tough faith question. Also, after my career in teaching and school administration ended, Kathleen and I began an apartment rental business at a local university. We thought it would allow us to travel - which it did, and help out our adult children - which we did, but I think God knew we would need extra financial resources when our oldest son had a traumatic vehicle accident in Thailand, where he had just gone to teach. That accident and the resulting multiple physical injuries and his traumatic brain injury (TBI) has defined much of our lives for the last 13 years. My writing was partly a bit of a release from the difficulty of dealing with his situation and partly a way I could minister to others and still be home. The first 5 years were hard for all of us, but God has allowed him to heal more than we ever anticipated. He still needs a lot of support, but he is back substitute teaching and that is a small miracle.Linkswebsite: www.faithbuildingevidence.comLinkedIn Profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/douglas-schofield-63748b291/Personal FB: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009471635555FB Page: https://www.facebook.com/FBEMinistries/

Janice Rose: Finding Jesus While Living in a Car for 180 Nights
While living in my car for six months (2009–2010), Jesus found me somewhere between the glove box and the rearview mirror. What seemed like the end was actually a divine beginning, as that old 1991 Toyota RAV4 became not only my best friend, but also a reminder that even the simplest provisions can become sacred companions when walking by faith, one night at a time. Little did I know, God was just getting started. In 2012, I recused Catholicism and was baptized as a Born-Again Christian in 2017 and began my walk in Christ.I am deeply fulfilled by my work in Christ because of that spiritual transformation I experienced in that old car—leading me to leave the jar and take the call, just like the woman at the well.Through the power of the Holy Spirit, I have been led to write and publish my first book GLASS COLLAGE, launch my speaking career, and establish my YouTube channel. In all I do, I give God the glory and praise. With a humble heart and deep love for the Lord, I share messages of hope and renewal in devastating dilemmas. By weaving hard-won wisdom and a blend of humor, my three-step method guides others into a closer, more fulfilling walk with Jesus Christ.Once broken, now Born-Again, I walk boldly as a child of God.I am truly blessed.Contact Information:[email protected]://janicerosespeaker.comhttp://youtube.com/@JaniceRoseSpeakerhttp://facebook.com/janice.rose.310069/

Luwi Nswana: Continuing a Mother's Legacy of Faith and Education in Zambia
I was born into a family of three children two boys and one girl.My father passed away when I was just four years old and from that moment, my mother became both our provider and our pillar of strength. She was a teacher by profession, but her calling went far beyond the classroom.Driven by compassion and faith in God, she founded a school and later established an orphanage to care for vulnerable children in our community. In 2010, we lost her but not the vision God placed in her heart. As her children, we made a decision to carry on her legacy and keep her dream alive. Today, the school continues to operate, serving and shaping young lives in our community.Although we had to close the orphanage due to financial challenges, the mission did not end. By God's grace, we transitioned into outreach programs that continue to support and uplift vulnerable families and children in need.Luwi is a faith-driven leader based in Zambia who runs a primary school and leads a foundation dedicated to empowering young girls.Through her work, she provides menstrual health education, promotes biblical values, and encourages life-affirming choices. Judy Armstrong: Choosing Integrity When Your World is Falling Apart
Judy Barsamian-Armstrong (Bar-sam-eeyen) is a powerful voice of resilience, reinvention, and unwavering faith—known for turning life's deepest pain into purpose-driven impact. Raised on a farm, Judy learned early that life demands grit, perseverance, and trust in seasons you don't always understand. That foundation would become the backbone of a life marked not by ease—but by extraordinary endurance.Judy was elected as president of her nursing class, and in 1989, she received the honour of being named the first OR RN of the Year at Kaweah Delta District Hospital in Visalia, CA. Judy developed an outstanding professional career, spending more than ten years as CEO of a multi-specialty Ambulatory Surgery Center in San Luis Obispo, CA. She demonstrated excellence, accountability, and a strong dedication to patient care. With her background as a Registered Nurse and healthcare executive, Judy knows how to lead under pressure and make crucial decisions when necessary. She was a speaker at Becker's ASC National Conference for three consecutive years in breakout sessions and was included in Becker's "132 ASC Administrators to Know" list in 2015.In 2018, her world shifted in ways few could imagine. Within the same year, Judy lost both her mother and her brother—grief that would mark the beginning of a season of profound personal transformation. From 2018 to 2025, she expanded into real estate, serving clients across San Luis Obispo County as an Accredited Buyer Representative. She gained recognition for her integrity, worked with both first-time buyers and luxury clients, won multiple awards, and joined a leading real estate team.Today, she continues as a referral agent while stepping fully into her greater calling. But behind the professional success was a life unfolding with unimaginable challenges. Judy experienced what she calls her "Perfect Storm"—a collision of betrayal/divorce, a diagnosis without a cure and the painful necessity of rebuilding her life from the ground up. And just as she began to rise again, another storm hit.Judy transitioned from a six-figure salary to a career in real estate and then to searching for a job while planning for a speaking career. At this time, her husband received a diagnosis of terminal cancer. Despite facing significant challenges and uncertainty, she demonstrated resilience and maintained hope while caring for her husband and striving to keep their home. This is not a story tied up with a perfect ending. This is a story of living through it—right now. And that is what makes Judy's voice so rare and so needed. She doesn't speak from theory—she speaks from the middle of the storm. From grief. From pressure. From showing up on the hardest days when quitting might seem easier.Judy is the author of a transformational eBook, "Faith Through Stroms"(available on her website) and is an inspirational speaker who has shared her message at church gatherings, one on one's with women and corporate leadership events. Her message is for those who feel like they're barely holding it together...for those navigating loss, uncertainty, or starting over, as well as to build and expand in leadership...and for anyone who needs to be reminded that even now—especially now—purpose still exists. Her signature message centers on overcoming life's storms, reclaiming identity, and choosing to rise—again and again—no matter how many times life knocks you down. Now stepping fully into her calling as a speaker, and with a book on the horizon, Judy is on a mission to help others see that God is still writing their story. Through raw honesty, deep faith, and hard-won wisdom, she reminds every audience of one powerful truth: You can walk through the storm—and still become who you were meant to be. Never give up!Website: www.Judyb-armstrong.comSpeaker Booking link: https://calendly.com/judy-judyb-armstrong/30min

Over the past five years, he has visited orphanages, prisons, homes for people living with disabilities, shelters for teenage mothers, and underprivileged communities. Ron Cantor: A Jewish Believer's Radical Encounter with Jesus
I serve as President of Shelanu TV, the only 24.7, Hebrew-language TV channel sharing the message of Yeshua.I was born into a Jewish home, circumcised and Bar Mitzvah'd, but I did not know God! I realized at age 17, there must be more. This led me on a journey where I discovered that Yeshua (Jesus), whom I thought was for the Gentiles, was in fact, the Jewish Messiah.I hold a master's degree from King's University and a doctorate from Liberty University. I served as the Associate Rabbi at Beth Messiah Messianic congregation in Rockville, MD, until my family and I moved to Odesa, Ukraine, to work in the Messianic Jewish Bible Institute as Jewish people were coming to Yeshua in droves. In Ukraine, we birthed a congregation in Bedichev, the city upon which Fiddler on the Roof was based. We then moved to Budapest, Hungary. In 1999, we accepted an invitation to teach Jewish Roots at the Brownsville Revival School of Ministry. In 2003, my wife Elana, a native Israeli, and I, along with our girls, made aliyah (moved to Israel). I served as the co-pastor and interim senior pastor of the King of Kings Community in Jerusalem.During this time, we birthed the Isaiah 2 Initiative, taking Israeli young adults to third-world nations to preach the message of Yeshua. In Nigeria, these young adults saw many miracles, and tens of thousands profess faith in Yeshua. In 2013, I agreed to become the lead pastor of Tiferet Yeshua, a Hebrew-speaking congregation in Tel Aviv. Three years later, we turned the congregation over to a native-born Israeli, while still functioning as an elder there to this day.In 2020, GOD TV partnered with several Messianic Israeli leaders to birth Shelanu TV. I was asked to become the president.
