Currently the principal of Cina Associates, he has gained a wealth of experience, having garnered accolades such as an Emmy win and a Grammy nomination for his design work. Cina also continues as an accomplished painter, showcasing his distinctive artwork in exhibitions worldwide. He also writes a newsletter, Cina, about his own process and design in general.Michael shared a long playlist of his favorite instrumental music to work to. From the playlist we derived the tracklist below, focusing on artists we haven’t featured yet in Flow State (we think). It’s mostly ambient, with some piano and synth arpeggios, and the last 20-30 minutes are a more upbeat electronic.
