Flyyy High Challenge with Sydney & Carminia

Today is such a special episode, my first interview, and an interview that I hold so close to my heart. Sydney and Carminia where two of my first ladies who signed up for my first Flyyy High 30 day challenge where they loved it so much they joined the next challenge and eded up completing  2 challenges back to back, 60 days total. Through both of these challenges, they have been nothing but supportive and hard working as hell to take control of their lives and continue to grow.
