FMC Runs Chicago: Chapter 12
from FatMan Chronicles Hosted by Pete & Gretchen/Paragon Media
Episode 140 – FMC Runs Chicago: Chapter 12 Did you miss Pete and Dave? No? Whatever, they are back anyway! Why did the guys not record last week? What’s the double update? Before you get started, the guys had to slap an “E” on this one because Pete throws a couple of f-bombs. It happens. He apologizes for it upfront, so hopefully, that helps. Dave lets us in on what's good and bad, as well as the start of his training plan from Team in Training. Pete gives a ton of insights into what has him confronting more demons. Race recap, weight loss talk, healthcare system woes, the pitfalls of navigating mental health, and much more. Lots going on, so on with the show! Don’t forget to take a look at Dave’s fundraising page and give a few bucks if you can. Now, get out there and #bebettertoday!
