Focus Groups and Free Pasta!

from Gluten Free News

Charlie’s Table, the maker of a new line of gluten free artsinal pasta, (www.charliestable.com) has conducted extensive research, including several series of focus groups to help them better understand the needs of the Celiac community, including refining their gluten-free product offerings. Based on this research and previous experience working with non-profit groups, it struck them that there may be significant opportunities to better connect and support the celiac disease/gluten-free community. These focus groups, organized in partnership with Baltimore Gluten, are designed to confirm whether there are unmet needs and, if so, whether their ideas to address them are worth pursuing through a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is supported by Charlie’s Table.Participants will receive a complimentary selection of fresh artisanal pasta products from Charlie’s Table.  **Please note this event is for individuals living in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, DC and West Virginia**  If you are interested in participating, please email [email protected] (bhirsch at charliestable dot com) directly in order to RSVP.
