Focus on activities within your control. While you cannot control other people, communication is key for establishing effective accountability measurements to help ensure action items are completed on schedule.   So, what can you control?  YOU!  Your belief that things will eventually correct themselves, if they need correcting, and we will get back to what is some form of ‘normal.’   Focus on what you can control and do those highest payoff activities that put you in the highest probability position to achieve your goals (professional and personal) for the reasons that are important to you.  Stop letting things outside of your control negatively affect you and hold you back from what you are capable of achieving.  Don't let beliefs hold you back.
