Foggy Mountain breakdown, March 19 - a winning attitude

from Daily Positive Action Plans with Big Dave · host Big Dave

Today's episode is about having the plans in your mind so Built-in thatyou don't even 2nd guess it. I'm trying to make these titles very specific with the date that I am reading and the theme of the month. Going forward I hope to keep it more linear for you. As far as titles are concerned it's whatever crosses my mind. To days title reminded me of Steve Martin when he played the banjo and one of his bits was foggy mountain breakdown when the president comes off the plane. not this President but Ford or Nixon. It was pretty funny back in the day. Today's meditation was hard for me and that I don't do those things like I used to and I feel the repercussions of that on a daily basis. I am probably going to read this meditation to myself all day and try and get a handle on this period this is important stuff people. In order to have a positive attitude the crux of it is in this meditation. In order to be positive it has to become rote. it has to be something that is automatic. And I need to be more automatic. This is Big Dave and you going and have a great day
