Im Münchner Zwei-Sterne-Restaurant Tantris ist eine Ära zu Ende gegangen. Hans Haas hat sich nach 30 Jahren verabschiedet. Seine Nachfolge übernimmt der 31-jährige Benjamin Chmura. Er war in den vergangenen Jahren Küchenchef des Drei-Sterne-Restaurants Troisgros und ist stark in der klassischen Küche verwurzelt. Die konzeptionellen Fäden zieht Executive Chef Matthias Hahn, der viele Jahre an führender Stelle beim französischen Multi-Sterne-Koch und Unternehmer Alain Ducasse gearbeitet hat.
