Follow Your Passion with Hannah Otto (Episode 80)

from Girls Gone Gravel podcast

On this week’s episode Kathryn and Kristi are chatting with professional cyclist Hannah Otto. At 26, Hannah has already spent more than half of her life as an endurance sport athlete. She raced her first triathlon at age nine, and quickly found success in the sport. When she was 16 Hannah won the women’s overall age-group title at the Xterra World Championships, and she talks about how that was the launch point for her career as a professional athlete. In college, Hannah ran track and cross country, was on the cycling and swim teams, and doubled majored in Athletic Therapy and Exercise Physiology. This “no limits” attitude has carried through to her athletic career, and after transitioning to racing mountain bikes at age 20, she is now making a name for herself in the gravel racing scene as well. After a long stint with a professional team, Hannah made the decision this year to race as a privateer. She talks about what that means, and why she made the decision to go out on her own. She also shares her plans for the 2022 season and beyond. Hannah’s passion for cycling is infectious, and she hopes to be able to share that with everyone that she can. Follow Hannah on Instagram @hannah_finchamp and visit her website at hannahfinchamp.com To learn more about the Gone Graveling festival and register for the event go to: https://www.girlsgonegravel.com/festival **Support the Girls Gone Gravel Podcast**InsideTracker: get 25% off at insidetracker.com/feisty  Ottolock: get 25% all products with code girlsgonegravel at https://ottodesignworks.com/shop/ottolock (US only)
