Following the Spirit Within:  the Way of Spiritual Growth.  Kaye Cooper and Sharon Lanier will talk about their upcoming five-day spiritual retreat in Taos, New Mexico.  The focus is on personal spiritual experience with the divine Spirit in each of us.  Sharon and Kaye and their husbands, Ted and Bill will lead the retreat in opening to spiritual wisdom and guidance through experiential exercises.  Retreat exercises will include cultivating higher values and incorporating them into daily life; letting go of anger, resentment and hurt; and discovering personal spiritual goals.  Kaye and Sharon share some of the techniques and will describe the way their own lives have changed as a result.
