This is a Kitchen that serves quality, freshly prepared and mouth-watering food with distinctive flavours. Her first memories of passion for cooking revolved around her family kitchen and the home cooking of her dearest mother Lady Mbera. As a young girl, she spent most of her Saturday afternoon learning new recipes. She would sell birthday cakes and scones to her friends at school and enjoyed hosting dinner parties at every given opportunity. Having gone through lots of challenges living in a foreign country, cooking is what kept Ruth going. In 2016, she officially registered Ruth's Super Kitchen as a limited company in the United Kingdom. She always believes that the commitment she gives in the kitchen should always give satisfaction at the table, giving customers a remarkable experience and superior service. She views every dish that leaves her kitchen as a product that carries her name, signature and reputation so there is no cutting corners around her. She takes pride in educating herself with new ways to grow the business and creating new recipes. She credits all her culinary skills to her beloved mother who taught her how to cook from a very tender age and she continues to share her finest recipes with her. She looks forward to the future of the World Class Training centre for Excellence, Creativity and Fun cooking.
