As a Nutritionist, I recognize that the weeks leading up to our Winter Holiday season are packed with opportunities for eating, overeating and unhealthy eating! In this episode I share 8 tips to stop overconsuming sugar this season. Food For Thought is really about the thoughts that lead to consuming too many sweets or eating on autopilot. I also share the ways that overdrinking and overeating OVERLAP.
