The church is the Household of God. Household is defined as a the house and all its occupants regarded as a family or a unit. This clearly shows that, a church is a spiritual family under God’s authority through His Servant the anointed. So the anointed runs the family on God’s commands or instructions on His behalf (1 Timothy 3:15 NLT).The Church is the Family or Household of Faith (Galatians 6:9-10).The Church is not just any family, it is the family of God but most importantly the household of faith. It is a household of believers or faith-filled people. And we are encouraged that when we get the opportunity we should do good to all such.
