For Why: Living on your Terms

from Conversations with Toi

With Easter coming up we find ourselves doing things like eating or coming together with our family and friends. Many times we do not get along with individuals but for the sake of tradition or sparing someone's feelings we slide our feet under the tables of those we don't like. I would rather you eat Ramen Noodles and have peace then stress yourself over someone you don't like just cause they family, ............................................In this episode I talk about Easter traditions old and new. In addition we talk about stress management. It's never to glorify that we are in stressful situations. However what can we learn about ourselves that will help us to be able to eliminate stress. In elimination sometimes there is addition. There are things that we do to add to our lives or as the TikTok folks would say "living the soft life." With anything the minute you live in the truth that you are worth of having the good life there will always be someone to disdain your efforts..................................................Topics covered: relationship, parenting, singleness, Easter and holidays in general, stress, and healthy living.................................................On the blog I also talk about the Soft Life.............................................Find me on socials as Toitimeblog or on the blog...............................Drink of the day is a Peeps Strawberry Mudslide.
