Also, I mean, forgiveness is the perfect expression of self-love; but also of self-belief. Because when we blame someone for something that they've done to us or pain that is still with us, it holds us back from being able to do certain things. We're giving them control to a certain extent of our life experience. You're leaving yourself powerless as far as being able to change your own life. So, when you forgive, you're basically saying 'I forgive you for having hurt me, but I'm in charge of my life and I'm going to use this in a way that empowers me and allows me to achieve everything that I dream of. Blame makes you weak. It makes you powerless. You can't change your life because you're blaming someone else for it. Release that. Forgive them. You free yourself. And it's showing that I believe in me and I'm going to do everything I dream of doing it be everything I dream of being. When I forgave my father, it completely freed me to be the woman that I dreamt of being. And I would not be the woman I am today if it hadn't been for his rejection. So, I didn't only forgive him, but I called him and I thanked him. I thank him for being exactly the father I needed him to be. Stay in charge of your own experience of life. Remember it is all up to you. And when you're blaming you're holding yourself back. So, believe in yourself enough to forgive and set yourself free.
