Former airline pilot: Airlines facing a pilot shortage

Patrick Arnzen is CEO of Thrust Flight & former airline pilot. He tells Chris and Amy that airlines, 'don't look far enough down the road,' and are facing a shortage of pilots. He says these shortages come in waves, 'its kind of feast or famine,' noting that it takes a significant period of time, about 2 years, to get a pilot trained enough to get to an airline position.
