Parts of Fort Worth’s Northside neighborhood and an area near Lake Worth are under a boil water notice following a break in a 24-inch water main. KERA's breaking news reporter Emmanuel Rivas tells us the latest. Former Texas funeral commission staff say the governor's office used the agency to target the East Plano Islamic Center, or EPIC. The commission was already investigating EPIC for allegedly performing funeral services without a license. But three employees -- all fired last year -- say the governor's office worked with them to escalate the investigation because of political and religious bias.
