At Spartanburg County’s four poorest schools, transience is a major problem.Part of the ongoing work of the Four Schools Project – a collaborative effort between Lone Oak, Jesse Bobo and Mary H. Wright elementary schools and the Cleveland Academy of Leadership – is targeted at dealing with how frequently students move around.
