You’re trying to pick the team up, to give them courage, but the response is flat…Think of an instance in life where you felt like life was beating you..You didn’t get accepted into the college you wanted. You lost your job. You lost your spouse. You experienced the death of a loved one.Take that experience, let it fester in your mind… How did you feel going through it all? What were you thinking?
