I hate it when someone responds with "Ok" it is such a dismissive way to treat someone. For example, I told a manager once that Sunday would be my last day, all he replied was curtly "ok" I saw a passed a neighbor once, his dog walked up to greet me, I smiled and said "all the dogs like to say hello" He curtly replied through his cigarette "Ok" But folks have no problem walking up to you and saying "my man, do you know where this is or hey boss? can you spare a dollar?"
