FRACTAL GOVERNMENT: Freedom and Function Over Form

What are Fractals? A fractal is a never-ending pattern. Fractals are infinitely complex patterns that are self-similar across different scales. Fractal Government: decentralize power to the lowest common denominator for freedom and functionality. The theory of problem solving is to turn the problem maker into a problem solver for the betterment of the fractal unit.  The great American enterprise envisioned by our founders is one of freedom of choice for the good of the individual not the collective good. (Collectivity is a central power dictating conduct behavior and activity according to orders not priorities. It promotes function over form, substance over power for the organization taking control downward not upward. Decentralize form for putting function in control, as did the founders of the American constitution. diamonds, kaleidoscopes, organizations, families, fraternities, government, states, counties, cities, townships, teams, gangs, religions, ENTERPRISES. Downsize government Upsize enterprise, into functional units making the whole more efficient and productive for replication. The American Enterprise model welding capitalism and socialism into a dynamite fractal duo for competing on the world stage of trade, peace and prosperity.  An example of how a three party swing vote system destroys all other isms. Dichotomies, but compatible if reconciled. Success is dependent upon this reconciliation. Mancology proposes substance (function) over form (scale). An organization that promotes individual performance over power. A way to control freedom and recognize the need for control without the threat of power over justice. Not many organizations attain the balance of form and function. Rarely, does it happen in business, and it is rarer in religion and government. The reason, pure and simple, is usually contingent upon the organization’s leader or its political power base. Usually form takes priority over substance, because that is what politics require But, substance can rise to the forefront if the pendulum swings away from the autocrat. “Down with tyranny, up with personal rights.” We have an ineffective (but substantive) do-gooder organization, with no realistic focus. But upon occasion, a true leader comes on the scene: an Abe, or a Jesus, or a Martin or a Walt Disney. practicing Mancology without knowing that they are living for substance in their cause and formulating form in their leadership. The surge of the need to glorify the human being over economics makes good love stories, but bad business. But, in effect, good business is good for human beings. It takes a balance. - Substance (function) over form (scale) exciting and effective in the long run, which may never happen according to a growth vision. - Substance can be radical, but exciting and effective in outcome. - Form and substance is where human value is organized into functions that promote career progression, for promoting human dignity, self-realization and self-worth.
