from WFYI News Now

Two Statehouse incumbents lost their reelection bids in Tuesday’s primary — one from each chamber and one from each party. A little more than a month after leading Iowa to its second straight NCAA championship game, Caitlin Clark will make her Fever home debut in a preseason game against the Atlanta Dream. More than one hundred teachers packed the State Board of Education meeting to demand changes on literacy training requirements.
