Free State High Court continues trial of accused in R255 million asbestos tender fraud

The R255-million asbestos roof replacement tender case has returned to the High Court in Bloemfontein, Free State. This after the state witness fell sick last week. Judge Phillip Loubser was expected to deliver a ruling on whether other defense lawyers in the Asbestos case can cross examine the state witness.
