We create with our energy everything in our life.  To more consciously create what we consciously choose to create, we need to have access more consciously to our energy,.  Accepting our thoughts and the energy. Imbued with those thoughts and choosing which thoughts to act on based on, allows us to have access to more consciously direct our creative energy.   It's important to improve our thinking by being more consciously aware of our thoughts.
