FRESH - Kindness wk. 6 - Brandon Gilbert

This Sunday, our fearless Youth leader, Brandon Gilbert, continued our FRESH series on the Fruit of the Spirit with a message titled, Kindness.  By definition, it means taking action with a lot of inner security without thought of anything in return, as in a random act of kindness. We learned that the opposite of kindness is envy, or the inability to rejoice in someone else’s joy.  How do we cultivate kindness? We can show mercy, love when we don’t feel like it, and choose to be kind.  It all comes back to love! So the questions this week are, How has God shown you kindness? Is there someone who you can show kindness to this week? Is there an area in your life you feel you could better show kindness (love) to yourself? If you or someone you know struggles with this attribute of the fruit of the Spirit, we hope you will listen and share this message with others who need to experience His kindness.
