Frida Redknapp

Frida Redknapp grew up in a small town in Sweden and left at fifteen to model in Paris. Since then she has built a very different kind of life — mother of five, former model and now founder of food brand Frood, which launched last month. In this episode Gabby talks to Frida about what the modelling world was really like, how her relationship with food and her body has changed over the years, and what eventually led her to start her own business. Frood came out of a late night idea and a conversation at a school gate, and is designed to make genuinely healthy eating quicker and easier for busy families - something most of us would welcome!
