Fritz Sitte

Fritz and Max set off from Cape Town on 25th March to attempt a World Record run to Cairo. Fritz running, Max supporting on a bike. Robin and Kate talk to Fritz about their journey, who they met, what challenges they faced and how they ended up in Tangiers instead of Cairo. All completely self sufficient. Robin and Kate have a chat before Fritz joins them and, among other things, they discuss the recent 100km World Champs in India.
