I am Gloria Grace, light messenger and spiritual alignment coach, and women entrepreneurs hire me to clear the inner blocks, keeping you stuck so you can put yourself first for change and live the life you want now. And I am so glad to be with you today, and especially if you're new here, this is going to be a treat. I just feel it already. I know, because I'm doing something today that I don't do very often. I'm interviewing not one guest, but two, which is a challenge and fun at the same time. So I want to introduce to you our two guests. We have Helen Lim, who is a holistic health coach, and Jay-R Cimatu, who is an awakening coach, and they together host their own podcast, which is called “Awakened… Now what?” on Spotify. And their podcast aims to illuminate your spiritual awakening and ascension. And I think that is such a wonderful, wonderful topic right up my alley, and that's why I knew I had to have you two on the show today. So I always like to start off by asking our guests sort of their journey, what brought them to be doing the work that they're doing today. So I'll ask you, what prompted the two of you to decide to host a podcast together? Who's going to go first? Helen looked like Jay-R was wanting you to go first, so Helen? Helen Lim All right, I'll take it. So I have been a fan of podcasts, and I've always noticed people's voices. And Jay-R. Sent me a recording session that he had with a galactic historian, Andrew Bartis, if the audience recognizes that name. And when I heard Jay-R's voice, I was like, Jay-R, you have a great podcast voice. Have you ever thought about podcasting? And then he asked me back and was like, why don't we do one together? And interestingly enough, this came out after we'd already been friends for about a year, but we didn't know that we were both on the more spiritual side because we knew each other through a guy I was dating at the time. So it was more like hanging out, enjoying the weekends together. But once we found out we were both spiritually inclined, then we started having other types of conversations, and that's kind of how the spiritual focus of our podcast was born. What about your side, Jay-R. What do you think? Jay-R Cimatu Yeah, you put it perfectly so when I was going through my awakening, it was about three or four years into it. Asked myself, I mean, what now? Now what? What do we do? What do I do? Hence the name of our podcast. And I just kept searching for something to channel these new frequencies, channel these new energies into something helpful for the betterment of humanity. And I toyed around with writing a book. I started a business. I wanted to become an awakening coach. But there was something missing. And when Helen said, hey, let's start a podcast, I was like, yes, that's it. This is a vehicle for both of our voices to spark a conversation, spark everyone's curiosity about spirituality. And so that's what we've been doing now for two years, and we're having so much fun doing it. We've had so many amazing guests on the show, and it's grown exponentially. It's grown exponentially, and there's no looking back. Now we're having a blast. Gloria Grace Rand I love that. And I know the feeling because I love doing this podcast. I'm into my fourth year now, and I'm quite content to keep rolling for a while because I get to meet interesting people like yourself. And I even do my own solo episodes where I get to talk about what's on my mind, which is fun as well. And I want to get back to something here because I know there are people I would hope most of the people who are listening to this podcast probably have some idea of what a spiritual awakening is, but maybe somebody has come onto the show for the first time and they've got no clue. They were just intrigued. Can you describe what was your experience? Let's go with that. Maybe, Jay-R, because you mentioned it first. How did you know you were having a spiritual awakening? What did it look? Jay-R Cimatu So, it is… I describe it to all my clients too, like this. It's the moment where you have accessed a higher awareness of your inner connection to all that is. Now let's go deeper into that. Throughout my whole life, up until I was 28, 29, I always thought I was separate. I'm in this body. Everyone else is living their own life. I'm separate from the puzzle. I'm a small piece of the puzzle in this gigantic multiverse. And it was that moment where I endured a traumatic event of a breakup, and one can undergo an awakening in many different ways. Mine was through a breakup, and it was a moment where I realized, wow, I'm connected to everything. God is consciousness. God is the experience. We are having an individualized, fractalized experience of the whole while this whole separation is an illusion. And once I realized that deep inner knowingness, man, it changed my life. It was huge transformation. That's what it was for me. And now it's about, how do I approach life with that knowingness? How do I create a business? How do I create relationships? How do I create friendships, how do I try to live in this 3D world, working in a 3D job while having access to these higher frequencies? So that was kind of a struggle for me at first, but I've gotten the hang of it so far, it seems. Gloria Grace Rand Well, that's good. I'm glad that's the case. So how about for you, Helen? Helen Lim Similar to Jay-R. I also had a breakup that was a catalyst because we were together seven years. So at that point I thought we were going to get married and it would be, you know, I barely bought into the programming of happily ever after. So that shook me up a lot. And I just started to question and I think I understood the connection of all of us more when I started my yoga journey, because there was a moment at the top of a yoga mat where I was just like, divinely led, intuition is just breadcrumbs. We don't get the whole story because this human form couldn't take the whole story, right? So that led me to be like, okay, go to teacher yoga, teacher training, yoga teacher training. And then there I was able to experience Reiki, and I think a pinnacle too, though, that I would note is doing plant medicines and frog medicines during an Ayahuasca retreat, which then I truly understood the spiritual nature of consciousness of all of us being connected. And so awakenings are always happening, I think, if we're paying attention. Gloria Grace Rand Yeah, for sure. It's interesting that and I think I've heard this before too, that sometimes it does take some sort of catalyst, like something traumatic that may happen. And I think it also just to let listeners and viewers know. It doesn't necessarily have to be that either. I think there are definitely cases where people just for whatever reason, just wake up. And so it doesn't don't think that you have to go through something like a breakup or a death in the family or divorce or whatever. What challenges have you run into, though? Because I know for me, it's not necessarily an easy path once you have come to this realization, especially if you're dealing with people who aren't awake, shall we say. So how have you experienced that at all, either one of you? Jay-R Cimatu ...
