From Confusion to Clarity: How Astrology & Human Design Reveal the Real You for Aligned Business & Health

I started as a hairdresser, but over time I was pulled toward something deeper. Personal training became a stepping stone into understanding the body, and eventually, astrology helped me decode my own patterns and align with my purpose. My chart—Scorpio sun, Gemini moon, and Libra rising—has been a powerful guide, especially through my time in competitive fitness and business.Astrology & Human Design: Tools for Identity and AlignmentIn this conversation, I shared some of my unique placements, like my Scorpio sun conjunct Uranus in the first house, and my Moon in Gemini conjunct Mars in Cancer in the eighth. Iva and I explored how both astrology and human design offer personalized blueprints to help us navigate identity shifts and come back into alignment with our true selves.Iva opened up about her own discoveries, especially around her open-rooted center in Human Design—a realization that completely transformed her approach to both life and business. We both agreed: understanding these tools isn’t about prediction; it’s about permission to be who you really are.From Destruction to Direction: My TransformationI wasn’t always in this space of clarity. I came from a more destructive version of myself—one that was constantly pushing, forcing, and burning out. Astrology became a mirror, especially when I looked at my 12th house Mercury in Libra. It helped me see the subconscious scripts I was running and gave me the awareness to break through them in my health.That’s when things really began to shift—not just in my personal life, but in how I built my business. I started operating from a higher frequency, grounded in alignment instead of hustle.Decoding the Chart: Mindset, Beliefs, and Self-AwarenessWe dove into the deeper mechanics of astrology and human design—how the sun, moon, and Mercury shape our identity,emotional patterns and mindset. We also discussed Jupiter’s role in forming our belief systems and how societal conditioning shows up in our charts. One of my favorite parts of the conversation was exploring the unconscious sun—this hidden driver behind our identity that we don’t always see until we’re truly ready.Venus & Magnetism: The Power of Self-WorthVenus is often overlooked, but it’s such a key to magnetism. I shared how different Venus placements influence how we attract, embody value, and express desire. Iva talked about her Venus in Gemini and how it shapes her communication and her dynamic presence. When we understand our Venus sign—and its ruler—we tap into a whole new level of confidence and attraction.Uranus & Lilith: Embracing Differentiation and ShadowIva and I also explored the edgy, electric energy of Uranus and the raw truth of Lilith. These placements show us where we’re meant to stand out—and where we may be holding onto shame or hiding parts of ourselves. Iva shared her experience with Lilith in Leo and how it revealed deep layers around visibility and being seen. The more we acknowledge these parts, the more freedom and magnetism we create.The North Node: Stepping Into EvolutionThe North Node is our soul’s compass. For me, having mine in Scorpio has been a constant invitation to transform, to let go, and to fully own my power. Iva and I talked about how moving toward the North Node often feels uncomfortable—but it’s also where the magic happens. It’s where growth, alignment, and true success live.Soft Business & Nervous System RepatterningToward the end of our conversation, we talked about something Iva is deeply passionate about: nervous system repatterning. Iva shared how she uses EFT tapping and breathwork to create internal safety, and I reflected on how essential it is to shift from constant hustle into self-trust and soft power.
