Sylvester "Sly" Williams lived one of them.Sly played one season of high school football at Jefferson City High School in Missouri. He started one game. Zero college programs recruited him. After graduation, he found himself working in a factory, assembling radiator parts for large combines, wondering if his football dreams were over before they really began.But Sly made one decision that changed everything: he walked on at Coffeyville Community College in Kansas. No scholarship. No offer. No guarantee. Just belief, work ethic, and the refusal to accept what others thought was possible.From that walk-on tryout, Sly built himself into one of the top defensive tackle prospects in the country.
