I’m overjoyed to introduce a new voice to Overflow - though I know her from our teenage years. She is a stunningly beautiful AND strong woman - inside and out!Franca is a certified nutritionist, wellness coach, and fitness trainer, now studying to become a registered holistic nutrition and menopausal coach. Her journey is about so much more than credentials. Let's talk about living intentionally, even through life’s storms and continuously creating the future self she wants to be.In 2017, after leaving a difficult relationship and walking alongside her mother through an ovarian cancer diagnosis, Franca began a powerful mind, body, and soul transformation. Fitness became her outlet and her celebration (... leading to her first fitness photo shoot!)When her mother passed and later when her partner was diagnosed with cancer, she once again leaned into transformation as a way to refuel her strength and energy. Sadly, after his passing earlier this year, Franca is pouring into her mind, body and soul like never before, healing her heart, honouring her health and taking care of the people that are so important to her.
