John Horn, S.J.Fr. John Horn is a Jesuit priest celebrating 40 years of ministry. A former missionary with the Jesuit Refugee Service in the Philippines, he’s taught at Jesuit high schools and served as President-Rector of Kenrick-Glennon Seminary in St. Louis. He co-founded the Institute for Priestly Formation (IPF) and the Seminary Formation Council, forming both seminarians and their formators across the U.S.Fr. Horn has played a leading role in reviving spiritual tools such as Empathetic Repentance, the ARRR Prayer, Lectio Divina, the Examen of Consciousness, and RIM (Relationship, Identity, Mission).Today, he continues his ministry as an Associate Professor and Spiritual Director at St. Vincent de Paul Regional Seminary in Florida and leads 30-day Ignatian Silent Retreats each summer.Books by Fr.
