Today I'm deep diving into the marginalization of black girls by way of the "boys will be boys" platitude, micro aggression and racism with my guest Rebekah Ferguson.   Rebekah is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience providing counseling in justice involved populations and making space for marginalized people.  She comes from an extremely religious, born-again Christian family, so extreme in fact that she ended up being raised in a cult community consisting of a tiny largely White neighborhood in upstate NY.
