Fruits del Secà: cereals i llegums ecològics

Al pòdcast sobre agricultura del "Tast vertical" ens visiten Joan Prat i Fàtima Brunet. Fa uns 15 anys van decidir transformar l'explotació agrícola de la família del Joan en un projecte d'agricultura ecològica, i així va néixer Fruits del Secà. Conreen varietats antigues de blat i altres cereals, a més de llegums, i elaboren les seves pròpies farines. L'última iniciativa que han posat en marxa és la reconversió de la granja de porcs convencional de la família en ecològica.
