And that joy is Jesus.“Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all. But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” Matthew 6:31-33When we look to the Lord and His plan for our lives, he has an answer. Living for Jesus is not easy or comfortable in fact, His Way is a difficult journey, but the rewards of seeking him above all things—oh, those rewards are priceless.When anxiety creeps in, consider these thoughts Help me, Lord, to choose You above all things. Bring peace to my spirit and joy to my mind. May I be a blessing to others, through You in me. May I always be ready to give an encouraging word, a gentle touch, and a loving hug in Your name. Let's journey together Thank you, Lord, for the life You’ve given me, the good times, the sad times, the frustrating times, and the amazing times.  I know You are sovereign. You are faithful. And Your promises are true. To You be all glory and honor, hallelujah.Do not merely listen to the word and so deceive yourselves, do what it says.
